Delivery Schedule:
For most items we aim to make delivery within 7 working days with many being delivered in 2 to 3 days, but please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered as we order some items direct from our suppliers for you.
Please note: although we make every effort to ensure that we have stock we cannot guarantee that every item on the online shop is in stock at all times. Please call 01923 244100 or email us at sales@simply-outdoors.co.uk for stock availability if you need the product in a short space of time.
We may not be able to respond to all notes made when orders are placed, so if you have any important requirements, please phone or email us.
Delivery Costs:
Delivery FREE on all orders of £100.00 or more, for any order under £100.00 we charge £2.99. Items ordered will be delivered via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on weigh and value.
Delivery Information:
ALL deliveries need to be signed for, this is for your security to ensure that you receive your goods correctly and safely. We therefore cannot accept requests to leave items without a signature.
You can however have the goods delivered to any address within mainland U.K. (However please ensure that the Billing address is correct for the card used.)
