Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We are pleased to accept orders from Mainland United Kingdom (except the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO), we do not however, process orders which originate outside the U.K.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo but cannot process American Express or swipe only cards such as Electron. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, or the details entered are incorrect we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of the order.

No orders will be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder and its registered address.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If this means delivery will be outside our schedule of 14 days you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Price and Print Errors

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at 17.5% unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Products:

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated and although we make every effort to ensure that we have stock we cannot guarantee that every item on the online shop is in stock at all times. Please call 01923 244100 or email us for stock availability if you need the product in a short space of time.

Every effort is also made to ensure that the colours listed and picture on the site are accurate but due to technical limitations some colours may vary.

Shopping is safe with Simply Outdoors because we use thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

 

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for twelve months unless otherwise stated from the original date of invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear due to defective workmanship or materials so long as the product was used for its intended purpose. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse (use for other than intended purpose of item). In the event of a product failing please call or e-mail us with details of the product, fault and age. As we are not qualified to judge some products they may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement before any action can be taken by us. Proof of purchase is necessary and the item must be returned in a clean and dry condition, any items returned in a state other than above will be returned to sender due to Health and Safety regulations. Returns Policy

As a mail order customer you have the legal right to cancel any item within 7 days of delivery (excludes perishable items, personalised items or items where we will have discussed the goods and you have agreed to take them) provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items used will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. To cancel an item please call or e-mail us. Items must be received by us within 7 days of cancellation and you will receive a full refund to your credit card upon inspection of the goods. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore in addition to your rights stated above if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so within at any time up to 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items used will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. We regret that for hygeine reasons that underwear is not returnable.

To return a non-faulty item the product must be in its original condition with the original labels and packaging, once an item has been worn or used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.

Should an item be returned with no fault but in a used condition we will return it to the customer (at their cost). In the event of wanting to return a non-faulty item we must be informed before its return via e-mail or telephone within 30 days of receipt and informed as to why the goods are being returned and whether you want a refund or an exchange. The products must reach us within a further 7 days from notification and you will be refunded/exchanged as soon as possible when we receive the product and upon inspection to ensure that it is in its original condition.

We recommend that you inspect your goods on arrival.

We will not refund your postage costs unless there is an error in the delivery.
